“I love this gym!!! It is for every body, wherever you are in your fitness journey!! I do personal training twice a week with Luis, I spin with Cheryl twice a week and I will do a team training class or do some cardio in the movie theater room! I also take advantage of the tanning booth and sauna!! Personal training with Luis is awesome! He tailors my workouts to my strengths and pushes me to be better! Cheryl's spin classes are the absolute best! She takes the time to know all of us personally and challenges us to be the best versions of ourselves! Her music is so much fun too!!! This is the gym for every person that wants to be serious about their workouts and health without worrying about creeps hitting on you!“

“OMG! Ali B in Mason is awesome! I am new to Lagree and this was my 2nd class, 1st time at this location. It did not disappoint. These are not easy classes but I always feel great mentally after, even days later as my muscles remind me, lol. I highly recommend taking the Lagree classes if you want to challenge yourself, improve you physical & mental health.“
“I’ve been coming to the west Chester location for about 6 months and go 4-5 times per week. All instructors and staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the classes are great for all fitness levels. The owners and staff strive to continually improve the classes and member experience and it shows. Going to Pilates has become a non-negotiable for me. The practice has really changed my mindset of what fitness means, I always leave a class feeling empowered and re-energized. My body has become holistically stronger and more capable while each class also providing a mental break from everyday life. I will forever be an advocate for the practice of Pilates and I really thank the west Chester location helping me both mentally and physically.“
