She is hilarious and knowledgeable and makes sure you are comfortable with the process. Fast forward to the next week I went in for a consult for my brows --- again I ended up same day getting in the chair and LOVING the results. Once again, Beth made me feel so comfortable and did a GREAT job explaining the results. The healing process was spelled out so well - the process was so smooth and I loved my touch up.
