I LOVE this Yoga Studio. I've been coming here for several years now, and it has only gotten better and better. The Yin/Restorative class with Jenna is my favorite, but they have so many good instructors! It also doesn't have a weird vibe that some yoga studios have if you know what I mean lol. I use the 10-class pass, and that's been an easy and affordable way to take classes. It's also incredibly easy to book classes using the Mind Body app.

i've been coming here for a while now and i love the studio! everyone is so friendly and it's really a community, but they do put you through tough classes! the hot yoga is my favorite and all the instructors have a different approach to their practice, so i never get bored of going. if you are thinking about trying yoga, this is a great place to begin. their website is very informative about the classes and lets you see what you're getting yourself into. i highly recommend simply power to anyone!!

I cant give this yoga studio enough love. I started out with their 30 for 30 trial run, & quickly fell in love! After my 30 days was over I signed up for the unlimited monthly, and go at least 3 times times week. They have times convenient for everyone, & sometimes wish they had an occasional afternoon session for for people like me who may get off work a bit early, but its worth the wait! They have different classes available, not just yoga, & not to mention, the folks there are so nice. I feel like it's become a second home. To unwind, relax & be free.
