Randy did an amazing job on a pet accident where we used too much over the counter cleaner, discoloring the carpet during the cleanup process. He was responsive to our feedback and even came back out to do an extra rinse to fully remove all of the prior cleaning products, making our 20+ year lite colored carpet look amazing. The owner is very nice, professional, understanding, and a good communicator! We’ll be using him again!

Randy was great and easy to work with. Quote for patch repair and cleaning 3 bedrooms, hallway, and stairs was affordable. He and Mike came ready to do the services, which was a nice surprise. They did the work and we're quick and efficient. Definitely would use Mullins again.

My wife and I were totally thrilled with our experience with Mullins Carpet Care.We asked for special accomodations to be made and for our carpet to be installed on a Sunday. Randy's team was exceptional, they arrived on time and were done within three hours. Their courtesy and professionalism really shined and I appreciate their timeliness and how they treated the other members of my family.I cannot recommend them enough! We absolutely love our new carpet.
