Jim at Loveland Computer Guy is great to work with. He quickly updated and cleaned up my laptop and replaced the frayed power cord. It's running so much faster. And his professionalism and customer service are top notch. Loved that he picked up and delivered. I highly recommend him!

He helped me out big time when I accidentally ruined my mobo. I initially brought my pc to microcenter but they were going to take 20 days just to even get a diagnosis. I wasn’t sure what my issue was but when I found James and got in contact, he was able to diagnose within a day and get all repairs and replacements done within a week. I really appreciate his help.

This is the first time using Harold the Computer Guy. He is an outstanding person in explaining what needs to be done in the least expensive procedure. He immediately found the problem to a Windows 7 computer and also went to a store to get a multiple USB receptical. Now I don't have to look down on the computer to find an open usb port and also he set up a "My Book" back up storage device I had for years and couldn't figure out how to install. I will always use him if a need arises in the future. Again "Great Job"
