My home away from home. When you have been with a gym for 9 years, you KNOW IT WORKS! Challenging, fun workouts & a fabulous staff that encourages and pushes you to do your best! It truly is a special place.

Upbeat and welcoming atmosphere. All of the trainers are fantastic and more than willing to demonstrate exercises or help offer modifications. Whether you’re brand new to exercising or very experienced, there is a place for everyone at AI!
