Once again, TOP NOTCH! The furnace went out the Friday after Thanksgiving, it was 57° inside. I called Ray Gidich, like I always do, they said they were super busy because of the holiday but would try. Mike showed up @ 11am got the furnace running, tried to call for parts but all his suppliers were closed. It ran fine until Sunday when it quit again. And AGAIN, Mike showed up and got the furnace running again. Part showed up on Tuesday, Mike installed it on Wednesday and all is great.

The serviceman arrived when expected. We had short discussion about what I wanted serviced and he recommended his planned procedure then he started the service on my HVAC system. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions to my satisfaction. He serviced the unit and made some recommendations and he was done. I am very satisfied with the service call and the price. I now have peace of mind that the unit is in good condition and functioning as it should.
