HIGHLY RECOMMEND Excellent in every way. One of our PTAC units conked out in our vacation house. We needed a company we could trust to enter our house when we were not there to diagnose and possibly repair or replace. Our phone call was returned the same day, diagnosis was done within 3 days and the unit was replaced and up and running within the week. You can trust this company.

I can't recommend McArthur & Sons enough! They check all the boxes: fast and friendly service, transparent and affordable. No one wants to be hit with something as unexpected as needing a new furnace during the middle of winter, but these guys made it so much easier to get through. We look forward to dealing with them for all our heating and cooling needs in the future, we will never go anywhere else.
