I wish I could leave ZERO stars! This guy overcharges for crap service! Been with this company for years and since the new owner took over it’s been horrible!! Leaves the poor hardworking ladies up front to deal with complaints while all he can do is hide behind an email. I paid good money to get my taxes done here and can’t even get a 15 minute consultation! If you wanna buy a Lincoln and drive off with a Kia then this is your guy!! While I was there explaining my concerns another customer was walking in with the same complaint! STAY AWAY!! Paid my taxes in full last year for good money and get two letters from the IRS and state saying I owe more! No explanation...read full review

Myself, my mom, and my daughter all had issues with this company so we left. I just had one question which I wanted to speak to the owner, Dana, about and he would not pick up the phone and talk to me. We were with this company for years when Debra owned it and were very happy. Since the new owner took over it has been awful. Stay away from them.

Been going to Genesis Bookkeeping for years even before when they were Central Bookkeeping. Last years tax preparation was $250, this year was $600. When asked why such an increase, the young man at the desk says he didn't know. My wife asked for a phone call to explain why such an increase, to this day we haven't received a call. Nor do we expect one at this point. Going elsewhere next year.
