A building inspector reported a broken shingle on the roof of the house I purchased, and advised a roof inspection to look for other broken or missing shingles. I called Allstate Exteriors in London, OH, and they sent out Austin Burris the next day. He arrived on time, was professional, and efficiently inspected my roof, showing me a video of the aberrant shingle which was overlying another full shingle. He reassured me my roof was in good shape, and even fixed a piece of vinyl siding that was coming loose on his way down the ladder. Kyle was very thoroughly from the first time we met him to the last day of service. His crew was just as impressive and kept us in the loophole the whole time during the replacement of the roof. When they learned they had the wrong size skylights, they told us when it would be done. True to their word, it was done 10 days later. Great company, great people and quality work! I recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof.
