Hopewell Health Centers-Primary Care is highly recommended for its exceptional care and compassionate staff. Family physicians listen attentively and address each issue successfully. The urgent care is efficient and thorough. The medical team, including knowledgeable CNPs and a skilled psychiatrist, provide trusted care. Friendly and kind staff, along with on-site pharmacy and lab services, make this facility a pleasant experience.
Amy Black and her clinical staff are beyond excellent,they genuinely take there time to listen to you and care,if I ever have any issues they take care of it right away you dont have to call them for anything they always go out of there way to call you and they always keep there patients well informed.
This place has handicap parking access doors to get in for handicap people. The atmosphere was wonderful when you get in there. The reception was very wonderful lady. Very nice. The nurse that took me back was very wonderful and nice. The doctor that I have, he is very understanding, nice considerate and listened. And he explained everything to me that the records had from the hospital. I had to go to the hospital for a few days. So he explained everything to me what was going on. He’s a very nice young doctor. I highly recommend this place. There is plenty of parking too. The atmosphere is wonderful.
I've been a patient of Bathany Jagers for a few years now. I've never had an unpleasant experience with her or her staff. Everyone is great. I love the convenance of the pharmacy. They always go above and beyond to help patients. If they didn't offer the 403B program to reduce medication cost or the sliding scale program to reduce office visit appointments, I don't know what I would do. I'm one of those people that seems to fall through the cracks. I don't qualify for government assistance due to my husband's income being a little over the poverty level.
