Todd Parks was great. I had tree roots clogging my sewer drain and after he got that cleared, I suddenly had another clog in a smaller drain and he didn't hesitate to clear that as well. He was very helpful and cleaned everything up when he was done. Will definitely ask for him again!
Water heater needed replaced due to a leak. Roto Rooter sent a technician within an hour. Evan was very professional and knowledgeable. New water heater was installed and everything was explained to me so that I could understand. I could not have asked for a better representative for the company. Extremely satisfied with the service and cost. Highly recommend.
Water heater went out on Thursday. I assumed it was a thermocouple so I bought one and installed it Friday. That didn’t fix the issue. I bought a new water heater on Saturday and planned to install it myself but encountered multiple issues that was beyond my skill level. Was able to schedule a Sunday installation with Roto-Rooter. They showed up in the time slot they said they’d be here. After accepting the estimate, they did have to go to the hardware store to get all the supplies. They had it replaced in 2-3 hours after they returned. They even hauled away the old one. Installer was professional and courteous. Would highly recommend
