Unfortunately I am leaving the Lima area. Although? I feel the service at Palm Beach Tan has been above average!! The girls have always been professional and cheerful! They go out of their way make our tanning experience top notch! Best wishes to the staff!

I have been a customer here since they opened in lima. They are definitely not customer service oriented. I would definitely not recommend going here. They were more concerned about an $18 "late" fee (which was not late, my debit card expired and instead of palm beach notifying me because of course this is not my top priority when my card expired, they kept allowing the rejection fees to pile up.) I did pay the first fee but they were unwilling to wave the other fee. More concerned about $18 than keeping a customer obviously. I paid the fee and canceled my membership and will never return.

I'm usually in love with the spray tan booth. This last one I purchased though was $60 plus and it didnt last like the first one that I got. Also didnt smell good like the first one :( Tan faded in like 2 days lasted over a week with my first one. Its alot to spend if it doesnt last. Sad about it because I can only spray tan so i was hoping it would be my new go to. The ladies working are very friendly and helpful. I didnt want to be one of those people who complained to get a freebie.
