I just wanted to give a big shoutout to JCPenny salon and Huma who did my eyebrows! The salon has such a great atmosphere and Huma’s skills are top-notch. I'm beyond happy with the results. Definitely recommend Huma if looking for amazing results.
I love my hairdresser and I love jcpenney. I have been to a lot of salons, and know the products. Whether its color or perms, these prices are really great. Using the best products, makes it even better for us.
