Unfortunately, the same week we were scheduled for installation we found out our foundation needed major repairs. American Heating was so kind and understanding when we called to explain that we would need to reschedule with no timeline. When we were ready, they were able to squeeze us in only a couple weeks later. They had no problem working with/around the foundation construction company. They did not try to sell us anything, honest with a fair price, quick and clean installation. I love our new units and have peace of mind knowing if there is an issue we can reach out to their amazing customer service team anytime.“

“Excellent selection of hvac parts and they are very good at cross referencing parts and offering universal replacements. Levi, Chip, and the others are very knowledgeable, but theres not enough employees to help at the counter. Usually they're too busy with a waiting line of other techs in the lobby. The phone constantly rings off the hook, and they answer it and put over a dozen callers on hold while trying to fill out an order for one tech at the counter. They have free donuts on Fridays“

“I use Advanced Mechanical Plus as my go to when I need a tech at my restaurant. The reason for that is because they have treated me right every time and the techs that normally visit my location are Derwin and Tim. They treat this building as they're own and they know the ins and outs of this restaurant just as I do. They take they're time to educate me as a general manager on situations that I don't know about so I can better diagnose issues at hand in a better manner in the future. “I called R.A. Flynn & Son to have new propane lines run around to various locations of our home we just purchased. We needed a line to our new stove, our fire pit table on our front porch, two lines on either side of the house for BBQs and a backup generator which will be installed later by another company. We also needed the unsafe copper tubing supply to our forced air furnace replaced with proper iron pipe work.From the first phone call, this was a class operation. The gentlemen, Kevin, answered my questions on the phone, concisely and directly, and there was no sense of games whatsoever. He said he could come out and look at my work that very morning. He arrived promptly and was a very well groomed and dressed man in his 50’s who listened very carefully to what I was asking as we walked around the property. He informed me that they could do the work and an approximate cost for the job barring any unforeseen problems. He told me the workman would be there in 2 days.Two days later, they sent out Jan. Kevin was also here to meet him and go over the work with him. Jan is a very nice young man, who started right in onto the work. Jan was so polite and so neat and clean in his work. At the end of every day, he left my property clean and tidy with his tools and materials set neatly to the side. On more than one occasion, he came to ask me for further clarification as to how I wanted something, and at the end of the conversation, he always made a point to tell me that he was there to do what I wanted and that my satisfaction with the job was his only goal. How refreshing was that? You cannot imagine.During the work, on a couple occasions, Kevin came by to check the progress and work which I thought was so professional and something that just doesn’t happen anymore these days.A few days later, the work was completed exactly as I had requested, with excellent workmanship, and I couldn’t be more satisfied.“Thank You!” to R.A. “Fast, reliable, and honest. Brown's is the go-to for our community. They take care of our plumbing and HVAC needs regularly and don't try to oversell. A good example is from having a new washer that overflowed the drain each time it emptied. They worked for a good 30-45 minutes snaking the drain, going on the roof to clear the air duct for it, etc. Then helped us know that because we had the original water lines (smallest available per code back in 2000), and that we had purchased a high efficiency washer, we would always have that problem if doing large loads because of the output. The solution from many would have been either buy a different washer, or replacing the drain lines with larger pipe, however with a little research, they shared either to use only the high efficiency setting with little water, and sprinkling to rinse, or, stop it mid cycle when emptying a larger load. Only a charge for less than an hour for scoping and clearing the drains. It could have been much more. (By the way, I just take a book and sit by the washer now if I have a large load). There are similar outcomes with the HVAC system.“

“We had a gas leak in our residence. We called another company, but they could not do the pressure test required to find the leak. I called QMS in the morning, and we had a tech out the same morning. They replaced the main line in the crawl. It still failed the pressure test coming from the gas company. They came out the next day and got it repaired. They have a new customer from this guy, and I will give them a call about anything else in the future!“
