What is a business without it's employees.... Just so happens this store always has very friendly very helpful stylist that are a credit to their brand. The prices can be a little expensive but anytime I get a coupon code I make sure to tip as much as I'm able.

Signed in online went to shop when prompted took a seat others came in after me and were greeted could see I was next in line on the screen was passed over when the stylist I regularly go to came to take yet another customer over me I asked what was happening she apologized and took me. I asked what I should have done so it didn't happen again, and she then explained I needed to inform them at the counter that I was there. Won't happen again! They greeted everyone except me??? How odd I assumed that since I was on the list they would say my name.

Down load the great clip app,check in they will notify u what position in line an how long before u need to be there.Great people working there have used them for over a year now,satisfied customer!!
