We originally bought a refrigerator through a local big box store and had several issues with both refrigerators and deliveries not being completed. We went to Bindel’s and experienced great customer service explaining all of the options available. Our special order was quicker than we expected. The replacement water line required more work than any of us expected, and the servicemen (Kurt and Adam) went above and beyond to ensure that everything worked perfectly before they left. This is the local place to buy appliances. The staff is super knowledgeable. Installation and service team were quick and professional. I've purchased a washer/dryer and a dishwasher and will certainly come back for future appliance needs.
