Nice serene and the intimacy you recieve on your visit is exceptional. Shows great detail in her work. Most of all she's accommodating. I have anxiety without my dog and so does my dog, Shawna had no problem with me having my dog with me. Secure and behaved, just be sure to ask. Pet friendly is always a plus for me. I've been a client of hers for over 15 years and she gave me nothing short of what I wanted.

I was born and raised in Lima, but currently live about 40 minutes away. My best friend was recently diagnosed with cancer and will be going through very aggressive chemo. She let me have the privilege of helping her find a nice, realistic wig and HRJ did not disappoint. I was able to get an appointment within a day and Jan was amazing!! She understood what my BF was looking for and offered wonderful suggestions. Unfortunately, my friend is on a tight deadline and needed to have the wig asap as her chemo will begin in just a few days. Jan was able to get the wig ordered and it will be here in 3 days! I could literally see the desperation and worry leave my friend when she realized that she would be able to have her wig just a few days after her chemo begins. I use Advanced Mechanical Plus as my go to when I need a tech at my restaurant. The reason for that is because they have treated me right every time and the techs that normally visit my location are Derwin and Tim. They treat this building as they're own and they know the ins and outs of this restaurant just as I do. They take they're time to educate me as a general manager on situations that I don't know about so I can better diagnose issues at hand in a better manner in the future. All our outlets went out in the lower level of our house over the weekend, I left a message and on Monday morning they sent an electrician out to fix the problem, turns out it was a loose burnt wire in an outlet which a closet was built over. He would not give up til he found the source of the outage. We rely on Sidney for all our electric needs. They do a great job on our yearly generator maintenance too.

I give this Dental practice 5 stars. From the front office staff to the dentist there. Dr. Hurt (I give her 5 stars too) is who we see and she is an amazing Dentist. I have never had an issue with her. She has great bed side manners, has always explained what she is doing in detail and why. She is very gentle as well, she's informative and does a great job at easing any of my dental concerns. She is also my daughter's dentist. We have been in great hands. She comes highly recommended and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist who puts the care of her patients 1st and foremost before anything.

I honestly can't believe how nice everybody was! Even the lady that helped me with the financial part of it was so nice. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name right off, but she was so nice.
I hate the dentist so much, but this was such a positive experience & I wanted to give credit where credit is due & thank them again for helping me & making it such a positive experience!

Making the decision to say goodbye to our beloved Chi Chi after 14.5 years was one of the hardest decisions of our lives. He had dementia and was declining quickly- and we could no longer watch him suffer. Dr. Recker was beyond compassionate and empathetic during this experience and we were so thankful to say our goodbyes holding him in our living room where he felt safe and loved. I would recommend Dr. Recker to anyone having to face this incredibly difficult choice.
