To the CEO of Christ Hospital, Why are you allowing the staff at this emergency room to run this place so slowly and poorly? People's lives are on the line here and something needs to be done about this. People who are not treated properly should file complaints with Call the Ohio Department Health Complaint Hotline (ODH) at 1-800-342-0553. The COMPLAINT LINE is covered via voicemail twenty-four hours, seven days per week during off-hours, federal holidays, and in cases of heavy call traffic.
In order to leave a review on a medical facility, apparently Yelp insists i share my personal medical details to prove I am "a first hand customer of the business". My previous review (that they removed) must have seemed like an advertisement. I'm confused at this point. Late last week I was experiencing complications from a previous gunshot wound that occurred in the line of duty shortly before my retirement. Being late at night and the fact we have not established a local doctor, we visited the emergency room at The Christ hospital. The admitting agent was pretty slow, but meticulous. Understandable. The nurses seemed to be very experienced at what they do. Seriously, I really have no idea if they are doing their job correctly. The physician on duty recognized the problem and treated everything to my satisfaction. We even have a lead on a few doctors that we can use while we are here. I suppose this isn't like my typical restaurant review and you don't need details on how clean the place is or if it's reasonably priced. All I can say is the place is up and coming and they offer other services that I'm sure are on their website or you can discover by calling them. 12/21
I think highly of and use Christ doctors and other care but this office is not designed very well to handle cancer patients at this time. I have muscle cording in arm and lots of fatigue from radiation. My Christ Radiologist prescribed PT for both. I wanted to deal with Fatigue first or simultaneously because I was concerned about it interfering more dramatically with my life. They refused and only scheduled it for my arm. I repeatedly told therapist and reception desk workers I was concerned because of making morning appointments. They told me there was no choice. Due to Fatigue I was late to 2 appointments and overslept by 2 hours an early one. I set 4-6 alarms all...read full review
