I love this Palm Beach Tan location. Everyone has been so nice to me except tonight. I had the worst service I’ve ever had in my life by a Beauty consultant named Anna. I get into Palm Beach tan to spray tan for my best friend‘s wedding tomorrow and it was 840 and she was the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. She went back through my tan history asking if I come at close every single time which I do not. And she was so rude and should not be working customer service jobs.

I’ve been a member here for about two years, and I’ve always had such pleasant interactions with all of the Liberty Township employees. I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to specifically recognize the two ladies working the front desk around noon on 11/27. They handled a very difficult situation with professionalism and grace. One customer was being extremely condescending, name-calling, and insulting their jobs, but despite the disrespect, Dominque remained calm and courteous. I hope that Palm Beach can take steps to protect their employees and consider banning this irate individual to ensure a respectful environment.
