Mercy Health - Liberty Falls Medical Center Outpatient Rehabilitation & Therapy

My primary care doctor practices here. She is always on time, patient, and addresses all my questions thoroughly. Never felt rushed, always felt my concerns heard. Check in is always quick and easy, too. Mercy Health gives you the option of using app-based pre-check so you don't even need to fill out much paperwork once checked in. Highly recommended.

I've been seeing Dr. Hartman for 2 years and she has really helped me address my health issues. I also appreciated she was able to see me virtually during the pandemic and always responsive to my messages via MyChart.

I went here the first time for physical therapy for plantar fasciitis. I saw both physical therapists. Both are fantastic. Just an absolute joy. Charming, funny, thoughtful. I realize they have a lot of patients and I can't be the apple of their eyes but they do a great job of making you feel like they care and are concerned about how you are doing and what you need. Good conversation is a bonus. I've been to several PT places and some just tell you what to do then go flirt with the other physical therapists or something equally goofy.
