My primary care doctor practices here. She is always on time, patient, and addresses all my questions thoroughly. Never felt rushed, always felt my concerns heard. Check in is always quick and easy, too. Mercy Health gives you the option of using app-based pre-check so you don't even need to fill out much paperwork once checked in. Highly recommended.
I've been seeing Dr. Hartman for 2 years and she has really helped me address my health issues. I also appreciated she was able to see me virtually during the pandemic and always responsive to my messages via MyChart.
I went here the first time for physical therapy for plantar fasciitis. I saw both physical therapists. Both are fantastic. Just an absolute joy. Charming, funny, thoughtful. I realize they have a lot of patients and I can't be the apple of their eyes but they do a great job of making you feel like they care and are concerned about how you are doing and what you need. Good conversation is a bonus. I've been to several PT places and some just tell you what to do then go flirt with the other physical therapists or something equally goofy. When I had another problem arise, I immediately wanted to go back to them, but couldn't find their number! This location has little to no online presence. I knew they existed, but couldn't figure out who to call. In a spot of good fortune, I called a number listed for lab work or something similar at the same address and ended up in the right place. Hurray! I like that they tell me what's what about what's wrong with me. Doctors say, "here's the problem!" But I think what really makes it understandable is physical therapist to saying, "that's the problem, but here's where things went wrong." They're good at explaining where things went wrong. I hope I don't have more injuries and things wrong with me, but if I do, I'll keep going back.
