“Master plumber Ricky Maldonado from Bassett Plumbing came to our rescue yesterday after we had lost our “hot” water on a Sunday on Labor Day weekend! Which meant no hot water on the Monday the Holiday and when we did reach his office on Tuesday, they were booked solid but after hearing our situation they said they had one guy who could come after 6pm and see what he could do. We had a broke Navien tankless water heater which is great when it works but touchy if not maintained. Ricky ran a battery of tests and found three different error codes, and water inside the unit from a cracked heating exchanger that had leaked down onto the circuit board and shorted out several functions. So, he got Navien Technical Support on the phone and together they documented enough problems that the parts warranty costs would be so high… he talked them into giving us a brand-new unit with another full warranty! He left that evening to go home to his wife around 9pm. The next day there he was at our front door with the new replacement unit and had it installed in less than 3 hours! Labor costs seemed high $3,098.02 but we have hot water and a new heater. Thanks Ricky!“

“Our elderly grandmother woke up to no water two days into the new year. I called Mr. Bechtol at Bechtol Plumbing and he said he'd be there after he fixed something at the church. He was at Granny's within 45 minutes, pin pointed the issue (under her house) and had it fixed all within a matter of 1 1/2 hours! “Wife and I have been doing our own maintenance for years on the furnace and AC unit, my sister talked us into doing a maintenance plan with New Comfort, and yes she works for the company. I was skeptical on whether they can do as good a job as I could do, but I guess I was wrong. Jason came out and cleaned and inspected everything in the furnace and the outside AC unit, he even went as far as cleaning the coils and vacuuming up the dust and cobwebs inside the furnace. It even seems like the AC unit outside is quieter than before,
