Horrible place! They have no concept of customer service. My friend came in at 7:05 was told they wouldn’t see her. They don’t close until 7:30 and there was no one else there. It would have taken them 2 minutes to see her. ?

I showed up very sick was told to go home and continue to drink fluids and use a dehumidifier. Went to Ohio health urgent care and received a more thorough exam and was prescribe 3 types of medications. This facility should close its doors or employ more competent physicians.

The nurse at the front was super sweet and made me feel welcomed. I came in and tested positive for the flu I asked to be prescribed tamiflu but the doctor or whatever the Indian lady is, refused to prescribe it to me. I have family tell me that a steroid shot could help with flu symptoms but again the lady refused to administer it cause her “studies” showed it doesn’t help with the flu. I had another doctor prescribe me the tamiflu at the pharmacy and the Indian lady told them not to fill it cause I didn’t need it. Explain to me how one doctor has a say over another doctor on what a patient is allowed to take to feel better?
