Alright experience, whenever I get a haircut from anyone really, I seem to always get more hair cut off than requested. I don't know if this is my fault or what but I show pictures and tell them how much I want off. This place was clean and had plenty of seating. Had a TV to watch so waiting 20 minutes due to a full list wasn't bad. I wouldn't say I had a negative experience here and will most likely come back. Next time I hop I'm not hammered with questions about if I want to buy any product after stating "I'm not interested."

Hair type: Decently normal texture, hair goes down to above my eyebrows, requested a low taper and mostly got what I asked for.

I happened to show up at lunch time. Seems like this would be a common occurrence for a walk-in haircut. The guy before me had a 5 minute wait, mine was 25 minutes. I guess 2 out of the 3 women working were on lunch. One left as soon as I walked in.

The guy who had been waiting before me noticed what I noticed, that only one person was cutting hair and she was busy. He asked her how long the wait would actually be (clearly 5 minutes wasn't going to happen). She didn't like that and gave him a round about answer.

Interesting how I ended up here. I checked in at the Delaware shop and drove to the Lewis Center shop. We figured out what happened and I’m glad it did. The young lady that took care of me was absolutely amazing. It was more expensive than I thought it would be but my gosh it was worth every penny due to I think her name was something like Tamara. I’m embarrassed that I don’t recall her name I want to make sure I request her next time.
