Needed a new eye doc since just moving into the area. I definitely hit the jackpot with Dr. Engler. The doctor is professional yet relaxed and chats to get a feel for her patients needs. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the best part is that they were all on time, from checking in to actually seeing the doc.

I had a red bump on my lower eyelid that was causing me a great deal of itching and burning. After trying home remedies and an eye antibiotic prescribed by a Tele doc It was still not improving at the 10 day mark.I stopped in at Optimal Eye Care without an appointment and asked if it would be possible for them to work me in today to get this checked out. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional and assisted me with the paperwork and getting me to in to see Dr. Hackley who is very reassuring and prescribed 2 new medications to help me resolve this frustrating eye condition-Very pleased with their services and how they cared for me-highly recommend them!
