We have been waiting for 1 year now for my Mother deceased date to be added to her marker. Also, no grass seed was ever spread on her grave after she was buried a year ago. Now there are just weeds growing there. Very disappointed. Myself and my sister both have stopped in the office on different times throughout the year and voiced our concerns and disappointed. Was promised a call and a speedy fix. Neither one has happened. I guess once they have your money......out of sight, out of mind! DISAPPOINTING!!

Very beautiful memorial park.Keith was wonderful to work with,very compassionate and helpful in our time of need.grounds are beautifully maintained.Also worked with Damian to get a marker.also wonderful to work with.grounds crew very engaging and helpful.

My daughter passed away on April 20th 2023 my daughter's wishes were to be cremated and their ashes placed at my infant son's grave at Kingswood Cemetery I was initially told by the staff that they would put a probe Underground and that my daughter's ashes would be put in a vault and buried with my son several days ago I received a call from the staff stating that they were unable to do what was promised I had already made the arrangements for a grave site service for my daughter when I received this call I was given a couple options with the cost being anywhere between $550 and $6,000 it is very apparent to me that Kingswood is more interested in money than providing good quality services to The Grieving family not once did the staff say to me we are sorry for your loss how can we help you at this point I have to begin the process again of making plans on where I will place my daughter's ashes this is heartbreaking
