I took my son to get a hair cut today at the Lewis Center Location and the lady who cut his hair was extremely rude to me. My son is 19 but is new to having long hair. It's very thick and he needed it thinned out, but he is unfamiliar with the terminology that stylists use. As a result of having more than one bad cut from various stylists at Great Clips, I went with him to help explain how he wanted it cut and to be the one to speak up if he wasn't happy with it. And she proceeded to give him a hard time about "his mom tagging along" the entire time she was cutting his hair. I did not catch her name, but she will absolutely not be cutting any of my kids' hair again.

I walked into Great Clips, paid a good $60 and was ready for my haircut. Once it was done It did not look like what I asked for. When she was hair drying my hair she didn't even do it completely, then she said the heat is not good for the hair so she didn't hair dry my hair. I had to go home and blow dry it myself. I asked for a straight edge cut, the hairstylist cut it uneven. Now I need to go somewhere else to deal with that.

Good: Ask for crystal. She only works Sunday. She is the best at this location. Made my day, thank you!Bad: They don’t accept amex and cash over $20. Strictly No exceptions , black lady (manager?) said that I better go next door jimmy johns to get change
