Ryan came to our house twice for our repair. The subflooring was wet so he knew there was extra work to be done that wasn't able to fit into the time scheduled. He told us to get a fan for the bathroom until he returned on Monday. He arrived on time for both appointments. We now have a new chair height toilet (for our aging backsides) and a reinforced floor (from where it was wet) to ensure our safety. He was very enjoyable to have in our home. When we need service again, and we know we will, we'll be requesting Ryan. Thank you!
