We started taking our puppy here about two weeks ago! We had a negative experience at another doggy daycare facility and were a little anxious about taking him elsewhere, but Camp Run-a-Mutt was AMAZING! At the other facility, I felt as if Numa was in a cage all day. I'd have to either drag him, or carry him, in because he didn't want to be there. When we bring him to Camp Run-a-Mutt, he gets so excited as soon as he realizes where he is! He gets so wiggly and immediately wants to run inside. I bring my dog, Spencer, here once a week and can’t recommend it highly enough. The staff know him by name even though he’s not there every day. They clearly care about him and his “friends”, listen to my requests about his care, and are friendly and positive. He can be overwhelmed by dogs with higher energy levels or rougher play styles and he has been grouped appropriately since we started. I love the brief moments during the day when I catch him playing on camera or getting some love from staff.This experience has been so positive for Spence. Our pup, Moira, loves it here! The hours make it so convenient and they’re open on Saturdays!Moira is greeted with smiles from the staff as soon as she walks through the door. And they have when cams so you can watch all the dogs living their best lives.We also really appreciate knowing when she is boarding over night she’s never in a crate.
