“My son and I have been going to LCBS for over four years. We had been visiting another shop that did an ok job, but were difficult to schedule, especially if you wanted a specific barber. We tried our local barbershop and we felt immediately at home. Myron, Chance, Kellen, and the other guys are longtime friends and have created an atmosphere that I can only describe as welcoming, funny, and sometimes irreverent (in a good natured way). They are awesome with small kids and adults alike.

Chance is the owner and our primary barber. He gives me a bald fade and my son a no-guard high-and-tight (my son doesn't go all the way to the skin). Scheduling is super easy if you want a certain barber, and they somehow manage to work in walk-ins, even when all the chairs have someone getting a cut.

A haircut is a highly personal and subjective experience. A few reviews seem to be from disappointed customers, and I wonder how many of them called back in to give LCBS a chance to make things right. But if you look at the overwhelming number of five star reviews, I think you can easily surmise that the vast majority of LCBS customers are super satisfied with their cut and the experience of being in their shop.

In short: a great group of guys, a fun atmosphere, close to home, and a good price. Five stars from Ed and Casey for you and your shop, Chance!

Hair type: I have extremely coarse, straight hair that grows in only the direction it wants and can't be persuaded otherwise without extraordinary means. I'm an old white guy that benefits from military style cuts and Chance makes it happen.“

“Alright experience, whenever I get a haircut from anyone really, I seem to always get more hair cut off than requested. I don't know if this is my fault or what but I show pictures and tell them how much I want off. This place was clean and had plenty of seating. Had a TV to watch so waiting 20 minutes due to a full list wasn't bad. I wouldn't say I had a negative experience here and will most likely come back. Next time I hop I'm not hammered with questions about if I want to buy any product after stating "I'm not interested."

Hair type: Decently normal texture, hair goes down to above my eyebrows, requested a low taper and mostly got what I asked for.“

Old fashion shop you have to visit to understand. Sports always on the tv and someone in the chair telling stories. If you’ve never been inside you’re missing out.“
