“Great office while you are a established patient I had wonderful experience with everyone in this office as a child , But watch out once your child ages out and they need records form the practice. This practice has only been on electronic charting since 2014, and there electronic chart is not epic which is the chart most major hospital systems use and is also the same chart that Cincinnati children’s. in my case I needed records again because of switching to a different adult practice here in town that specializes in Autism which I have been diagnosed with, the records director Diane is only in a couple days a week, and there is a break down in communication between her and the front desk staff. Front desk said no charge for records then a few days later Diane calls me at 4 pm on a Friday afternoon and says it’s a 10 dollar charge and could take 2- 3 weeks for her to print the records and then you have to go in person to the office and retrieve the records. They can mail them to you but they will charge you.. I ended up not getting my records because of this fiasco. It would be nice if there was a clear policy on the website.“
“I called and asked if they did stitches and thank goodness the person that does them was there. As soon as I walked in they asked if I was the one who had just called and I said yes, they took care of me right away and they were so very kind! I was at a ER that had one doctor when I called them because I had been waiting for quite some time and only one person was in front of me.Thank You Very Much Ladies“
“The nurses and everyone was so nice! Came in for a laceration on my chin. I even got a juice and Popsicle. Everything went well and amazing!“
