I started out using laser therapy post surgery when PT wasn't helping and the surgeon didn't have suggestions other than to rest. After 6 sessions it felt better. I did another 6 and I'm back in PT. No more swelling or pain like before. Theresa is great, she did the tens, ice and laser. Everyone was personalable. Now I'm going to start going for my back. I like their hours as well as it makes it easier to make it later in the work day.“

“I was visiting Cincy and Nicole fit me in right away through text message (her business number works for texting for appointments). I love that, unlike most places I’ve been to before, this place is a small local business run by the masseuse herself. The location is a quiet, relaxing space within a professional office building. Nicole is exceptionally friendly, professional, knowledgeable of many techniques, and skilled. She gave me a relaxing/restoring full-body massage with also various pressure points (listened to requests for more / less pressure in the first ten minutes to get that *just* right). I appreciated how she was open to my questions and clarifications and made me feel welcome and at ease even though it was my first massage in about a year! PS: She told me she’s planning to get some equipment for her business to be able to do ashiatzu (sp?) massage starting sometime in the next month, which she says is great for high pressure / deep tissue back massage, in case anyone is looking for that “walking on your back” experience. “This is my second time here and I LOVE it. I got 2 services today - a 90 minute massage from Dixie and an hour facial from Trish in preparation for my wedding. I'll use what I said to my coworker when he asked how I was doing - I felt like a glamorous unicorn. I visited a friend's shop in downtown Rochester just after and she kept staring at me and saying how I was just glowing! My massage therapist also gave me this cream for my ankle which was sore from practicing our dance - it worked WONDERS!
