I guess Doug is the fellow who greets you and is perpetually in this store. (I know, Mr. Obvious here.) He has every conceivable part such as bags, belts, replacement cords, ad nauseum for every possible repairable vacuum. His repairs are VERY reasonably priced for the value. He reconditions and resells used vacuums, too, so you can buy a really good solid Dyson for the price of a big box store flimsy vacuum at times. I would honestly check here before buying a vacuum in a big store - you're getting quality and he'll tell you exactly what will last.

I had recently had my serger cleaned and repaired by Doug. During a project, a needle broke. After replacing it, I couldn't get the serger to sew. I called and Doug said bring it in. He worked on it and told me the needle I replaced wasn't up far enough. TOTALLY MY FAULT, He rethreaded the machine and took it to my car at No charge!!! I really appreciated all he did. I recommend him highly!!!!!
