Had to leave and get new doc. All ways billing us when we had paid are copay and billing never getting back with us to fix it. Just can't stand over charging us all the time and saying is the ins fault and now not getting back with us to fix it. And my last visit I got charged 2 times 180. And 190. For my yearly visit and I only seen the doc for maybe 5 min in my room. I could not ask her anything she kept answering her cell phone. And she left the room. 370.00 For that please

This practice has slowing been going down hill this year. I have some medical issues going on that needed addressed by specialist. Every time I have tried to get a referral to said specialist nothing is ever sent correctly. Not once, twice, but three times. I asked to speak to someone in charge of the office. Instead of dealing with the issue at hand they would rather kick you out of the practice. This wasn’t a problem until the last couple of months. If their staff doesn’t know send a referral over with all the information inform your staff instead of dismissing patients that have been there years, when they follow up on their care.
