After struggling for 2 months with another company, I called Roto-Rooter as a last ditch effort. Less than an hour later, Melinda was at my home. Less than 24 hours later, she had replaced my old water heater. The price tag was a bit more, but you get what you pay for, both in quality of the product and overall customer service.
