I will be using R.N. Smith for any future HVAC issues. Great experience starting with the receptionist scheduling a technician to work on our AC system to having the work done by the technician. Unfortunately we had an issue ten days later, however they stood behind their work and came back out to make it right. Very happy with RN Smith!!
Prompt, friendly, thorough. I had a cold, tense night after my furnace started misbehaving. Heath was there right exactly on arrival time, diagnosed,
did a cleaning, tune-up, tidied up, and charged me exactly half as much as I expected. Now I'm a fan!
We have a tech from RN Smith come out to inspect our furnace annually. The office staff is always friendly and helpful when setting up the appointment.Our technician in 2023, Brent, did a thorough inspection. He then sat down with me and explained, in detail, everything that he had done and the condition of the furnace.The service was excellent. I highly recommend RN Smith for all of your heating and cooling needs.
