“We had a Generac generator installed in early June 2023 by Power Lines Electric. They did an excellent job were prompt and professional with the installation. The quote for the job came in quickly from the owner who came out personally and looked at our needs and generator placement. He then discussed options with us and sent us a quote. His office staff was very helpful and courteous both on the phone and in person. At all times they made sure we understood the process and supplied with the necessary information. About three weeks after the install the power failed and the generator engaged flawlessly and turned itself off when the power was restored. They did a very good job cleaning up after the install. Especially their picker broke a fuel line and spilled diesel on our driveway they had a crew our here in less than an hour and pressure washed the spill. I would highly recommend this company.“

Had a trivial issue with the city inspector and getting my permit closed but they helped with that with no additional money out of my pocket.They seem to have a good working relationship with the city inspectors and AEP which is more important than I realized.
