Ryan and Jeff were excellent in diagnosing the problem and suggesting the best course of action. When they could have overcharged me, they were honest when something was a simple, easy, inexpensive fix. Highly recommended and will certainly use in the future!
Very impressed with Accurate to replace our water heater. Greg Brunney (Plumbing Service Manager) championed the cause to address our concerns. He scheduled our service within an agreed date and time. Service Techs, Bowen and Dustin, arrived on time. They were professional and courteous. All three of these individuals did what they said they’d do, and had the job completed in a timely manor. Very grateful to Accurate for helping solve our water heater issues. My water system went out after a recent storm. I needed it fixed in a timely manner. They came out the same day and fixed the problem and gave me some suggestions on improving the system. Proffessional, friendly and great price.
