We needed a new heat pump and propane furnace. I called to set up an estimate and Mike came out the next afternoon to meet with us. He checked everything out and questioned us about any issues we had had in the past. He was very good at explaining everything and even had some suggestions for things my husband could do to correct some issues with the ducts and vents on his own, to save us some money. I received an estimate the next day which was great, since we were in the middle of a heat wave. They were able to get us scheduled promptly for our install. I appreciate the thoroughness that Raymond provides. His customer service skills are second to none - he doesn’t take short cuts and truly has the customer’s best interests in mind.
