We were sent weekly e-mails on the status of our order, always progressing as promised.
Installation? Wow. Just wow. The job was third floor, massive in scope, and miserably cold for our team of installers (all 6 of them!). As promised, they arrived on time, -- totally prepared – and worked all day completing the job in 7.5 hours. They couldn’t have been nicer, more skilled, or more respectful of our property. There was no damage, the windows and doors were seamlessly installed, and everything was vacuumed and cleaned – down to the smallest fingerprint!
