I highly recommend Russell Chiropractic as a healing source for all types of ailments. My favorite product Dr. Russell provides is the 21 day cleanse. For me it is life changing because it makes you invest in eating clean and you feel more energized, sleep better and all around healthier. I do it 2x a year and try to continue the systems it teaches you year round. There are so many benefits to this cleanse not to mention it’s very simple and affordable!

I have been going to Dr. Russell for close to a decade. I acquired permanent spine damage in an automobile accident in 1969 and need continuous chiropractic care. However, he has become much more than that; it doesn’t matter what current malady I may have (I’m currently 86 and I’ve run the gamut in the decade I’ve been seeing him), he has a healing solution for me. I’m not originally from this area and brag that I’ve lived all over this county, but even though my feet get itchy occasionally, I won’t leave ‘cause I could never again find another Mike Russell!
