“I went there on 12/26/23. The massage was good - I did not give any special instructions. The main focus was on my back, neck and shoulders for an hour. They are NOT afraid to put a lot of pressure on tight spots. At points, the pressure was borderline too much, but with the degree of knots and adhesions that I had - I think it was necessary and I focused on breathing through it. In the end - I felt much better with better range of motion, etc. The next day, I was significantly sore - but that also was a relief. It was like the pain and tightness of a messed up back traded for the good kind of soreness that comes after a good workout.“
