Very pleased with my experience with this cleaning service. Kristin cleaned my apartment (move-out cleaning) singlehandedly after an injury. I really appreciate her for that. I'd definitely use her services again.

Bad cleaning + rude and unprofessional customer service.Requested a move-in deep clean and I was not happy with the service. They did more of a surface everyday clean. I asked them many times to clean certain things and they didn't do it. I was willing to pay extra for the longer time, but they said "they don't have the equipment for it", although we clarified on the form what we needed to be cleaned ahead of time and they said they can do it. They just seemed unwilling to do the work and kept coming up with excuses or ignored my requests. When I gave them my feedback the next day, the owner went on a rant that I don't know how a cleaning service... read full review
