Todays visit was just as pleasant as the last 14 years. I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always helpful and some of the nicest people i have ever met. Not just this location, but the Westlake office too!!! Kudos!! One of my favorite places!!! The eye doctor is like my amusement park! Update...it's been 18 years, and still as pleasant as the 1st time I made my appointment. Thank you! Update-called with an emergency eye problem, got me in the same day. I just love the staff! Thank you!

Not my first experience here. I've been coming here since 2010. Dr Kovacs is great and cares about the health of your eyes. I was there on October 29, 2024. All the ladies were helpful with my choice of eyeglasses. The main one who sat down with me I apologize for forgetting your name knew her stuff.Thanks everyone. I appreciate your attentiveness.???

I saw Dr Kovats on my first visit. Explained everything so well. I have had my share of appointments in an Optometrist’s Office by far the best experience. Very friendly and helpful staff.
