This is especially true for families with children, as the staff goes above and beyond to keep them entertained. The thorough, professional, and respectful staff explains procedures well, making patients feel comfortable. They have recently added a new screen test for early macular degeneration detection, although it is unclear if it is covered by insurance. The friendly and welcoming environment at Madison Eye Care Associates, along with the helpful and attentive staff, makes it a recommended choice for eye care. Patients have praised the eye doctors, such as Dr. Kovacs and Dr. Kovats, for their expertise and care, and the staff for their assistance in choosing eyeglasses.
I’m from out of town so I was pleasantly surprised when I got a same day appointment. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel right at home.
From the moment I checked in to the checkout process (about a hour), my first visit to Madison Eye Care was amazing. Lance was fun to banter with and he explained every step in the process and the reason for it. Dr Leah Steele was a true pleasure. She has a perky and warm spirit; a fellow dog-lover and doting momma. Dr Leah is very thorough and knowledgeable, offering different solutions to correct my vision. I am a huge fan of this eye care team and will be a loyal patient for as long as I need my vision :) I am already spreading the word about Madison Eye Care!
