Lake Point Medical Group is a highly recommended physician group known for its personal touch and efficient, well-run office. Patients describe feeling like a friend or family member. The doctors and nurse practitioners are praised as wonderful, amazing, patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful, taking all concerns seriously and answering questions. The front desk staff is awesome, wonderful, super sweet, respectful, polite, and on top of things, providing help with documents and questions. Appointments are timely, and the office is clean. Some notes mention the office can be hard to reach due to hours, and the lab can be expensive, but the doctors help refer patients elsewhere if needed. Many express great gratitude for this clinic in the community.
Dr. Rojas is great. She's very attentive and genuinely seems to care.. and unlike other doctors, she doesn't have that know-it-all attitude; she has a empathic curious attitude. And a friendly but not overly fake-friendly demeanor. I like her. And the facilities are very clean and nice.
I’ve seen both Dr. Barile and Khuri. They were both on time for my appointment and were thorough. I felt like a friend or family member. The office is clean and well run! I’m so grateful that we have them in our community! If you’re looking for the personal touch… pick this clinic!
Dr. Khuri and Sarah N.P. are wonderful and I am very grateful to have them taking care of me. They run very efficiently but still take the time to answer all my questions and concerns. They're very knowledgeable and offer lots of help. If I could give them 50 stars I would!!!
