They have repaired a few items for me including my 100+ yr old ring. Put batteries in my watch a few times. Friendly. Bought custom made anniversary ring for my wife. Beautiful job.

John created a wedding band to match an existing vintage engagement ring. The new ring has all of the matching detail and looks absolutely amazing. On top of that, John was extremely helpful, receptive to my ideas, and was a very nice person to work with. This is the first place I go to for any jewelry I need now.

John at Gianna Jewelers was wonderful to work with!My fiance and I had an antique engagement ring that needed to be restored. I took the ring to another store first, and the jewelers there didn't want to touch it, and instead tried to get me to buy other products.I looked up John's website and saw he made custom pieces, so brought the ring to him. He was great!! He loved the idea of restoring the piece, and it is so BEAUTIFUL. It's platinum, which is harder to work with than other metals, and I'm amazed at what he was able to do.
