“My regular stylist is on maternity leave, so I randomly picked Prime + Process and Juli, as my stylist. I couldn’t be any happier. I had a partial highlight and a cut. The color looks great and I love the cut. It’s a cute salon and all the ladies seemed very nice. I would highly recommend Juli and Prime + Process.“

“I was very nervous about beginning the process of removing years of black box dye to silver white. It’s a big decision, and as I researched the long process, I was horrified to see disastrous results on YouTube. From the moment I called Leanna, I was impressed. She requested me to send current photographs and when I arrived, she took time to ask me what I wanted, and to explain how this would realistically take several visits, which I was prepared for. She’s a truly wonderful person and her professional approach is refreshing and confidence building. I just felt totally relaxed in her capable hands, and I’m so excited to enter this journey with her! The black is now red, and we hope to go even lighter in a few weeks. Best news is no hair fell out and it actually feels very soft!“

“I really love this salon & everyone has always done a great job with my hair whether it’s been long or short. the only thing I don’t like is they don’t style your hair at the end. unless you’re supposed to ask them to & I just never did. the price of a haircut is a lot for them to not style you. I really do love the place though & the inside is cool, this is just a small thing & 4.5 stars is more like what I actually feel they should get.“
