I had a MAJOR flood in my basement due to a sump pump issue. I cannot even begin thank everyone at Americon!!! What a top-notch company!!!! Anthony was at my home the very day I called and explained what needed to be done. He even helped me open my insurance claim and kept in touch with my adjustor. Work started the very next day. Every person who worked at my home was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. They kept my husband completely update through the entire process and explained everything. If the need ever arises, I would use them again without hesitation. Its comforting to know there are still companies like this in the world who actually do care... read full review

What an amazing experience we had with Americon! John is always so responsive, in addition to the rest of his team. Whether it was dealing with our past flood damage, to other emergency-related advice, John remained super informative and resourceful in every circumstance. The thing that will always stick out in my mind with my Americon experience, over other companies I’ve used, is easily their response time. They really help you FAST in a time of need - from start to finish. I’ll never consider using anyone else after experiencing their immense reliably. Highly recommend!
