I have a pixie cut and the stylus that was cutting my hair. Messed it up. Pretty seriously. Paige did a virtual consultation. Did an amazing assessment of my hair situation and said schedule a trim and let’s see what we can do. I went in and in less than 30 minutes she fixed what was broken with no charge. Of course I paid her but who does that she is amazing. That’s what I can say.
Carol is a lovely woman who is extremely talented and listens to what u want done to your hair. She gave me a great cut that NO OnE in Ohio has been able to do. She listens and delivers. She's intricate&takes her time... Give her a try even if it's just a bang cut. I promise you will be back. She's wonderful and I'm lucky I found her salon!!!

Aly my stylist was fantastic listened to my wants gave great suggestions and asked questions. The day of my actual appointment to do what we discussed was wonderful. I've been coming to Hannah for a little while now, and she is THE best nail tech I've had. As someone with OCD, it's hard to have services like this done when the smallest details can become something to obsess over. Hannah is the sweetest and never makes me feel like a nuisance over my "short, even, and straight" issues. In fact, she usually always catches imperfections before I even have to point them out which allows me to actually relax and enjoy my manis and pedis. On top of her excellent customer service, my gel polish lasts forever, I'm convinced due to her immaculate prep. I can't recommend her enough.

Grace gave me the best balayage I’ve had since moving to Cleveland! The prices are a little higher than other places but it is well worth it for the kind staff, nice products, and expertise. 10/10 recommend!

Robin will be my lash technician for the rest of my life! I love her as a person very genuine, personal and over all an amazing person. I have been to plenty of lash technicians but robin is top tier, she’s been the only lash tech that I have been to that cares for your lash health and her retention is amazing! This tattoo was created by their Artist Ryan who took what I had in mind and did what chat GPT can't... add personality and good old fashioned human compassion... His art covered up an ex - husband's name on my shoulder who died 2 weeks after my divorce from him was finalized.
It was keeping me anchored negatively in the past until now! Counseling of course , with it all giving me Closure as the last of the name was being covered I felt it release a weight !!I literally cried for a few seconds as relief and closure swept over my spirit! Ryan was more than my artist that day he was the means to turn the final page on the end of a long chapter,!! Thank you so much!!!!
Crystal did such an amazing job on the tattoo honoring my late dad. He was a huge Trekkie and this was the perfect tattoo for me to always think of him. She went over everything in full detail and the tattoo came out as perfect as how I envisioned it.
It's been six months since I had it done and it's a great topic of discussion and so many compliments.
Other highlights: the studio is great - extra clean, the lighting is great (can see all the colors and work) and all around a great atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back for another tattoo (or when I finally convince my husband to get his first tattoo).
Madison Plumbing & Heating are great. Whether it's a leaking pipe or a plugged sink, they always get the job done and are pretty quick about it. Their prices are pretty reasonable. They'll always be the first plumbing service I call.

Imperial Home Center did an amazing kitchen remodeling job! It was a great experience from the start to finish. Jennifer W. came up with the perfect layout and was a huge help in the design and selection process. The job started on time and stayed on schedule. I doubted they would be able to complete it in the time estimated because the competitive quotes I received from other contractors were estimating almost twice as long. Imperial's time estimate was correct and even though COVID 19 hit at the end of the project, they made sure that I had a fully functioning kitchen and the job was done and they were out of the house. I was especially pleased that that they were able to stay on budget. My next project is the master bathroom and I look forward to doing that project with Imperial as well.
Our new porch looks great and feels really sturdy. They finished in 2 days. We love our hatch which was a special request.
We hired Gibson General Contracting to repair our all season porch. They did a phenomenal job. James and his crew fixed all of the problems we had. They know what they are doing and kept me in the loop as to what the problems were and what needed to be done to fix them. I strongly recommend using them for you home improvement/repair needs.

i have my treatment tomorrow. i received what i thought was an automated call about my appointment. it was not! it was Danny touching base with me. he truly is amazing. we chatted for a while. he reassured me and answered all my questions thoroughly. this guy knows his stuff! he is so professional, polite and knowledgeable. im excited to get my home fixed and my daughter sleeping comfortably. i hope i never have this issue again but if i do i already know who to call!
I love Dr. Laubmeier's office. There is a whole new staff there as of Oct 2023. The office is upbeat and nice to be in. The staff genuinely wants to help people and Dr does a great job with all ages!

This is a very clean beautiful office! It's very easy to find and Dr Sullivan at the Lakewood office was an excellent, amazing Dentist! Nicest lady I ever met! She explained everything about every option and made me feel comfortable and confident that I would receive great care. Heather, the hygienist, was very caring and professional let alone explained everything she was doing to me. She is the main reason why I feel so comfortable there. Let me tell you about the staff! They're also nice people! Very respectful and professional and treated me like they knew me and I was "family". I don't know how they are with kids, but I don't see why anyone would take their kid to any other dentist when you can get this kind of service at Hippler Family Dentistry . Dentists are scary enough with all the smells and impersonal treatment, if I was still raising kids and a place like this was around, I'd definitely take them to Hippler's. I was their patient and they wanted to make sure I would leave there knowing that my teeth would be taken care of. And I was worried about it! People boast about having a good dentist, but if you want it done right with almost guaranteed results why not go to the best?

I have been going to Dr. Russell for close to a decade. I acquired permanent spine damage in an automobile accident in 1969 and need continuous chiropractic care. However, he has become much more than that; it doesn’t matter what current malady I may have (I’m currently 86 and I’ve run the gamut in the decade I’ve been seeing him), he has a healing solution for me. I’m not originally from this area and brag that I’ve lived all over this county, but even though my feet get itchy occasionally, I won’t leave ‘cause I could never again find another Mike Russell!
